  4. Enter payment information
  5. Receive and verify with OTP code
  6. Complete transaction
  7. Receive confirmation email
  8. Item is delivered to you

Return Process:

  1. Log onto Tulande Online and fill out return form.
  2. Navigate to the “Account section” in the user dashboard
  3. Click on “Orders”.
  4. In the “Orders” section locate the specific order for which you want to request a refund.
  5. Select the order you wish to refund and select the “Refund” or “Request Refund” option
  6. Follow the instructions and provide the necessary information and reason for your refund request.
  7. Once you have submitted your refund request, our team will review it, and you will receive a notification of the status of your request within 30 business days.

Cancellation Process

Once received the customer may return the product at their own cost..

Change Information

Customers may not change their information after the item has been purchased, we therefore urge our customers to double check their information before finalizing their purchase.

Custom & Imports

Your order may be subject to customs fees.
Customs fees are calculated and charged by your local customs authority and are beyond the control of Tulande Online. Please check with the local customs and import regulators in your country before placing an order.
Tulande Online does not take any responsibility for charged duty/import fees.
If your package is returned due to refusal to pay duty/import fees, you may be
charged with the return shipping fees.

Return & refund Policy

  • All products purchased from third-party sellers will be returned to the seller and are subject to the return policy of the seller. Return items are not sent to Tulande Online and are not inspected by Tulande Online.
  • All return items will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party sellers as seen in the return policy of the third party seller.
  • To see what items may and may not be returned, look at the return policy of the third party seller shop.
  • Original proof of purchase or receipt must be presented upon return of the item to the carrier, once received by the third party seller and approved for refund by the seller, Tulande Online will acknowledge receipt and inform you accordingly.
  • Item is be inspected by carrier company in accordance with their rules and regulations before accepted from customer.
  • Refunds will be conducted within 30 days of acknowledged receipt from the seller to Tulande Online.
  • Third party sellers inspect the items according to their own return policy.
  • Item (s) must be unused, unboxed and in the same condition that you received it. Return items must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. Only items permitted for return by the third party seller will be returned.
  • Clothing items returns will only be accepted if it: a) is permitted by the third party seller based on their terms and conditions.  B) Meets the return standards of the seller. Tulande Online reserves the right to cancel a return or refund of an item if it constitutes as unlawful in accordance with the government of Namibia or the country in which the item is bought from.
  • No return is accepted on products bought on sale, unless flaws in the making or workmanship are found.
  • If your replacement item is approved on faulty items or items that are not as ordered from the third party seller, the third party seller will initiate the replacement process. Any handling charges associated with this process are not refundable.
  • You will be responsible for returning the item and all costs associated with it will be on the customer, unless the item was purchased with under a free returns system.
  • When returning an item with NamPost the customer can: a) reuse the box if box is deemed reusable by NamPost carrier or employee and will only have to buy the reusable seal from the NamPost office. b) If box is not usable the customer will have to purchase a new box and seal to ship item back to seller.
  • A Waybill will be created and sent to the customer to place on the box with the items to be returned, if required.
  • Tulande Online will not be liable for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.
  • Tulande Online will not be liable for any wrongdoing on behalf or the third party seller or consumer.
  • After the courier receives the item it can cake 30 days for Tulande Online to receive refund approval from the third party seller, after which it can take up to 7 working days to initiate the refund.
  • Important Note: Please note that the 48-hour return window starts from the time you receive the item.For customers whose shipments are still in transit during this 48-hour period, the eligibility for return and refund will be based on the time the item is delivered and marked as received.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders within Namibia typically have a delivery time of 1-3 working days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping:

For international orders, please allow 15-24 working days from the date of shipment for delivery. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and its customs procedures.

The date of shipment is the day when your order is dispatched from our facility/vendor’s warehouse.We strive to process and ship orders promptly, ensuring a quick turnaround time.Please consider any potential customs delays that may occur for international shipments. Cancellation

  • To cancel products that have already been shipped, the customer will need to receive the product, apply for a refund and send it back, unopened, unused and in the same condition received with the original receipt and documentations.
  • If the item box is opened the customer will have to send the item back in accordance with the rules of the delivery company. The customer will bear all costs associated with the return of the item.
  • It is not possible to cancel part of your order.
  • Order cancellation can only be replaced with a new order as no refund will be made. Tulande Online advises customers to be sure of their order before purchase.
  • Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and Tulande Online reserves the right to at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Tulande Online.com does not accept returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. The third party seller determines the return policy. You can see specific information in your account under purchases of each item or on the store page of the third party seller.
  • If you have an item that can not be returned that arrived damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement on your order through the return form(link). If the refund or replacement option is not available, you can contact us at info@tulandeonline.com and Tulande Online will act as the mediator between the third party seller and customer.

Website Accuracy

  • Tulande Online try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, however, occasionally errors can occur and goods may show incorrect pricing or availability information. If we discover that a pricing or availability error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or when an item becomes available.
  • Tulande Online will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
  • We employ considerable effort to ensure that the product colors/colours are displayed correctly. We however cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will correctly reflect this, thus, we cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the gadget you use to view our site and cannot guarantee that your gadget’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be the same as the actual product.
