Privacy policy of Tulande Online

This Privacy Policy explains how Tulande Online collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Platform’s operation, including personal information regarding Platform visitors, Customers and Vendors agents, and staff (“you”). This Privacy Policy also applies to mobile device use of our Platform, whether through mobile apps or mobile-optimized web pages. Personal information about you that we may gather comes into one of the following categories:

Information that we collect automatically

1.1. We may keep a copy of your conversation and ask for further information to verify your identity if you contact us (for example, via our customer service service, phone, or email).

1.2. We shall collect information on user activities, transactions, and interactions on the Platform, such as product and service kinds and specifications, price and delivery information, dispute and complaint records, user messages, and any information given in any discussion forum.

1.3. We will automatically gather certain information from your device if you visit our Platform. This information may be deemed personal information under relevant
data protection regulations in some countries. IP addresses, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser type, geographic location, browsing patterns, and details of how you engaged with our Platform and the goods and services offered on it are examples of this information. In addition, we collect statistical data about the Platform and its visitors, such as browser software, operating system, software and hardware characteristics, and so on. We can better understand the visitors that come to our Platform, where they come from, and what material they are interested in by gathering this information. A.1. You will be required to give specific contact information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, work title, and department, in order to register
for a Platform account on behalf of a Customer or Vendor.

A.2. You will be requested to give personal information, tax registration information, and/or information about your business, such as your company name, industry, corporate registration information, and information about your business license.

A.3. If you are a Vendor, we’ll also need information on the items and products you want to offer on the Platform, as well as information about your Tulande Online sales and transactions.

A.4. If you are a Customer, we will additionally ask you to give information or preferences regarding the items and products you may be interested in purchasing through the Platform, as well as any information or preferences related to your purchases.

A.5. You will be required to submit specific payment information to facilitate transactions, purchases, and payments on the Platform. This may include bank account numbers, billing and delivery information, credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes, as well as tracking information from cheques or money orders to facilitate the sale and purchase of products or services transacted or procured through the Platform, as well as the settlement of the purchase price.

A.6. Any information submitted to us in connection with disputes or to support complaints regarding the Platform or goods and/or services acquired via the Platform will be processed. Please be aware that Customer and/or Vendors may submit complaints about the Platform’s products and services, as well as disputes between Customer and Vendors, and that in such cases, we shall handle data supplied to us by Vendors and/or Customers that is relevant to the disputes or complaints filed.

B. Use Of Personal Information

Your personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:
In order to set up user accounts, we must authenticate your identification and undertake security, KYC (know-your-customer). Confirming your eligibility to become a Platform user in line with our Terms of Service here. Creating and managing user accounts, including assigning log-in IDs and creating a Platform profile. Providing customer service support to users, including responding to inquiries, comments, and resolving claims and/or disputes. Enabling communication between Customers and Vendors via the Platform, as well as transaction processing and payment between Vendors and Customers. Transmitting and serving targeted marketing and advertising that we believe will be of interest to you based on your Platform usage, browsing history, and order history. Identifying, creating, promoting, and advertising products and services that we believe you would value in compliance with relevant regulations, including across browsers and devices. Cookies and other similar technologies may be used to target advertisements to you based on your browsing habits and preferences (see section E. “COOKIES” below). Prior to sending you marketing messages, we will get your consent as needed by relevant legislation. If you are a Customer, we will disclose information about the last goods you sawonthe Platform so that Vendor, their affiliates, and/or their third-party services provider might contact you about products and/or services that may be of interest to you.

C. Disclosure Or Sharing Of Personal Information

Personal information may be disclosed (or provided access to) to the following types of recipients:
Other Platform Users, when needed, for the purposes of facilitating transactions and interactions between you and other users. In order to personalize the content, you view while visiting our Platform, we employ marketing and advertising platforms like Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as suppliers of analytics services
pertaining to user activity. In order to perform targeted advertising, these platforms may combine information collected on our Platform with data collected on their platforms as well as data collected from other websites or through other means. These third-party marketing platforms’ processing operations are controlled by their
respective privacy rules, not this Privacy Policy. Payment service providers who gather and process personal information in order to assist Sellers with settling transactions and processing withdrawal requests. Payment service providers’ actions may be regulated by their own privacy rules rather than this Privacy Policy. If you choose to engage in evaluating or rating Tulande Online products and/or services, we may use third-party rating / reviewing service providers to conduct reviews of our services with consumers. Cloud storage offerings from cloud computing service providers. Risk management service providers to evaluate the security of user accounts and transaction risks. We may also disclose and transfer your personal information to our professional advisers, law enforcement agencies, and other organizations where we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights, or protect your vital interests or those of another person, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws. To any other person if you have given your agreement to the disclosure.

D. Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as we have a valid business need to keep it, such as to provide you with services or goods, or as long as relevant laws, such as tax and accounting regulations, demand or permit it. This will be a period of 5 years. If we no longer have a legitimate business reason to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymize it; if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. If you are a customer, we will disclose information about the last goods you viewed on the Platform so that vendors, their affiliates, and/or third-party service providers might contact you about products and/or services that may be of interest to you.”

F. Minors

Minors (those under the age of 18) are not targeted by the Sites or its contents, and we do not plan to sell any of our products or services to minors. If a juvenile has given us with Personal Data without the agreement of their parent or guardian, the parent or guardian should contact us.

G. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may amend our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, technology, or business. When we amend our Privacy Policy, we will notify you in a timely manner, based on the relevance of the changes we make. If and where relevant data protection laws demand it, we will acquire your agreement to any substantial changes to this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes to this PrivacyPolicy by posting an amended Privacy Policy on the Platform. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as it is posted on the Platform.
