Shipping Policy

Tulande products are shipped domestically and internationally however, for all shipments outside of Namibia the client will be responsible for the custom charges of their respective country.

Refund Policy

We only accept return on products that have not been opened and are in the same condition when received. The customer will need to send back the item at their own cost.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation policy: In order to cancel a product, the customer will have to receive the product and send it back without opening the box and the item. Once we examine the product and ensure that the product is in selling condition, we will process he refund. Return policy: Returns are subject to the customers own cost and all returns should comply with our stores return policy stated above. Exchange policy: We do not offer an exchange system unless stated otherwise. Customers will need to send back the item at their own cost and purchase the desired item on the Tulande Online website.
